RDS Print | Print-on-Demand Services
At RDS Print, all products are made on a Print-on-Demand (POD) basis. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.
❌ No Returns or Refunds on Customized Products
Since all our products are custom printed as per customer specifications, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size, color, or design selected by the customer
- Personal preference or dissatisfaction after delivery
✅ Eligible for Replacement / Refund
Refunds or replacements are only applicable under the following conditions:
- Product received is damaged
- Product received is defective
- Incorrect product delivered (printing or item mismatch)
📸 Reporting an Issue
- Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Customer must provide clear photos or videos as proof
- Complaints raised after 48 hours will not be accepted
🔄 Replacement Process
- Once approved, a replacement will be printed and shipped
- No monetary refund will be issued if replacement is possible
- Replacement delivery timelines may vary
💳 Refund Mode
- If refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method
- Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to reflect
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
🚚 Courier & Delivery Issues
- RDS Print is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners
- Incorrect address or contact details may result in non-refundable orders
